WiK weekend event question.
For double green/xp weekend, are WiK miniatures that drop from white mantle/peacekeepers going to be doubled too since they are a green item? Or is green item just a general term for green weapons.

It's a double chance of greens dropping.
For instance, people have been talking about doing a Tombs run (for the lols) - but I don't expect to see a massive pile of greens because the drop rate is already 100% each for one drop at least.

I love it when they say they will double the chance of something happening when they don't tell you the actual chance at normal tiles.
x multiplied by 2 is still an unknown. Its kind of like those companies that advertise a sale where you can save up to ??100. Great I will buy a new computer and will pay you up to ??2000 |

I'm almost positive that the green WiK miniatures have double chance of dropping this weekend. I'm basing this on the pricing trends and supply and demand of these minis last time there was a double green weekend.

I never counted the bosses or zones, but I went through probably 40 cap sigs in Nightfall yesterday. Since the some of the Nightfall bosses are grouped up anyway, like the Kournans, I killed all of them each time I capped one, just for the greens. For all that effort, I got one green too.

It's not as exciting as it seems. Your regular chance is like 1% so double would be 2%.

I think this should work BUT the droprate is still *extremelly* low, keep in mind the WiK minis drop from ANY WiK White Mantle mobs, not just their bosses, but the doubled chance may be just for bosses. But there's a chance that droprates are doubled also for non-boss foes - double-green weekends in the past (2007-2008 ones at least, when I played and tested things a huge lot more than in 2009-2010) DID double ALL green drops, also ones from regular mobs and even greens from dungeon endchests had clearly increased droprate!
